Alpine Rent-A-Car Ltd is seeking to recruit a fleet Controller


The successful candidate will:

  • Be highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Be in possession of a driving license

  • Be proficient in computer applications

  • Extremely hard working, and able to manage multiple tasks

  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Have the ability to work under pressure, with very good listening and communication skills

  • Experience in a similar position will be an asset

Main duties and responsibilities include:

  • Daily projected availability report

  • Monitors and plans availability of fleet and special categories, including replacement vans or vehicles

  • Handles and monitors correct vehicle allocations for daily check-outs

  • Coordinates operations and logistics between internal departments

  • Manages daily operations of hotels and airport deliveries

  • Dealing with various type of correspondence

  • Insertion of bookings
