ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT
Alpine Rent-A-Car Ltd is seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant.

The ideal candidate should:
​

Have a minimum of two (2) years working experience in an accounting position.

Posses good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
-
Knowledge of Shireburn Financial software is an asset.
-
Be meticulous and highly organised.
-
Ability to work as part of a team and individually to carry out duties assigned.

Duties will include:
-
Handling the day to day accounting operations
-
Accounting up to trial balance stage
-
Assisting in management accounts preparation
-
Assisting in payroll
-
Reconciling supplier statements and receivables statements
-
Checking invoices and issuing payments
-
Performing bank reconciliations
-
Other office duties as required from time to time
