Alpine Holdings  is seeking to recruit an Accounts Executive on a full-time basis.

The successful candidate will need to have:

  • Effective communication skills in English

  • Have good knowledge in Excel (basic formulas)

  • Be proficient in other computer applications

  • Be meticulous and highly organised

  • Ability to work as part of a team and individually to carry out duties assigned

Duties will include:

  • Posting of daily transactions in our system

  • Reconciling suppliers statements

  • Checking of invoices and issuing payments

  • Carry out bank reconciliations

  • Stock and fuel reconciliations

  • Other office duties as required including filing and scanning
