Alpine Holdings Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will  :

  • Building business relationships with potential and existing clients;

  • Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;

  • Gathering feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams;

  • Reaching and / or exceeding set KPIs;

  • Promoting the product portfolio of the company;

  • Cold calling clients through telephone and / or walk-ins in order to present the company’s services;

  • Understanding customer needs and providing them with tailored recommendations;

  • Negotiate and close deals;

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results;

  • Handle complaints or objections.

Duties will include:

  • Proven experience in client acquisition and retention is a must;

  • Hard-working and goal-oriented;

  • Excellent verbal and written knowledge of Maltese and English is essential;

  • Ability to work on own initiative;

  • Problem-solving;

  • Keeping up to date with the latest products and services;

  • Fast learner and passion for sales;

  • Valid driving licence.
